MINMETALS LOGISTICS GROUP CO, LTD, founded in 1950, is a subsidiary company of China Minmetals Corporation, which is ranked No.412 in the Fortune Global 500 in 2008. As excellent assets of China Minmetals Corporation, Minmetals Logistics was injected into Minmetals Development CO.,LTD （SH 600058）in 1997. Minmetals Logistics mainly provides logistics services concerning ferrous and non-ferrous metals industry chain, such as transport, insurance brokerage, warehousing, forwarding, shipping agents, chartering, processing and distribution.
